Miss Parberry has provided me with the most outstanding experience I have ever had. She was always friendly, accommodated to me in all recurring appointments. Fully explained what her diagnoses what, which treatment options I've had and let me make an informed choice about my next treatment. She's been able to calm me down when I was scared of the treatment. In short, although being treated on your colon isn't the nicest experience, it was a very positive experience with excellent care provided over a course of appointments and treatments.

Anna and her team was so lovely to me! I had colonoscopy appointment there back in July 2020. I went in dreading the experience ahead! Anna was great. She phoned me ahead of the appointment to answer any questions I had beforehand. Whilst at the appointment she took the time to talk me through what was happening, taking into consideration the concerns I had & spending time reassuring me. Her bedside manner was warm and calming. & I have ensured my follow up appointment is with Anna as she made quite a daunting procedure as comfortable as possible.
