I can’t be thankful enough for the absolutely fantastic service due to Anna Parberry and her colleague Abalene. Anna is very patient and reassuring- she is also very progressional. She explains everything with simple words and give useful advise. Procedure was so horrible in my head but was actually not so bad in Anna’s hands. Abalene supports also helped me so much. I couldn’t thank them enough and be reassured that you are in good hand with Anna and Abalene

I have seen Anna twice regarding this particular issue.. of which it is the first time I have dealt with it. Each time I have attended my appointments with Anna, I have left feeling reassured and well cared for despite circumstances. Anna is very professional in her approach and it is evident that she takes pride in her work - I could not have asked for a better colcoscopist to treat me! She explained what my diagnosis meant and the treatments available. She was patient in answering my questions (I ask lots of questions!) and she is extremely approachable! I have rang Anna’s line on a few occasions and I have ALWAYS been able to speak with her directly as well as via email. Thank you Anna!

The care I've received from Anna each time I've seen her has been absolutely incredible. I've come away from my appointments feeling so cared for and looked after. Anna explained everything to me and talked me through the steps she was carrying out. I felt so at ease and comfortable. She made what I'd built up to be a scary procedure feel fine. I can't thank Anna and her team enough for being so great and making me feel so comfortable - thank you so so much!
