Anna was phenomenal- she is an asset to the NHS. She made me feel comfortable and reassured whilst maintaining complete professionalism with a friendly charm. I came out of my appointment feeling the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders and this was purely due to her caring and kind nature. Thank you Anna - you are a star!
