I had a great experience as a first timer. I cannot thank enough Anna and her colleague Abalene George - they were both very friendly, helpful and have taken great care of my health. Abalene was so kind to hold my hand and support me during the treatment when she saw how uncomfortable I felt. I was so lucky to have Anna as my colposcopy nurse who combined such personal touches and cared for me - a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She took significant amount of time to calm me down and explain the treatment to me at the beginning, walked me through what she was doing during the colposcopy and told me about the next steps in addition to answering all my questions at the end. I walked away very impressed with the overall experience.
