Aileen was an absolute rock to the family when my dad was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer last year. She always went above and beyond and got back to us with answers promptly. She was honest throughout and if she didnt know something she would find out for us. I know my dad leaned on her heavily for support and so did the family. Cancer is a horrible illness but people like Aileen make it more bearable with their friendly compassionate approach. She never made us feel like we were a nuisance even though I am sure we were.
