At a vulnerable time In my life when surgery didn’t go to plan , Lucy was calm, very knowledgeable and amazing at explaining everything and was very intuitive at getting my unknowns (I did have a list of questions! ) Lucy maintained my dignity and help guide me through this difficult time, giving me confidence, following up when I was at home really helped to feel safe.
