Jane has been amazing. As a new stoma patient i have lots of anxiety. Jane has helped so much already she has gone above and beyond to help me and make me feel at ease. On my home visit she listened to my concerns and i felt she empathised with what i am going through. I feel safe knowing that someone so knowledgeable is there for me should i need some help. I have already learnt things to make my life easier and less stressful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and i feel like i can ask anything no matter how trivial it may seem. I feel fully supported and safe. I have had to call a few times already and am always treated so kindly and with the upmost respect. I really couldnt ask for better support.
