Jacquie Loftman is an exceptional midwife. I have had the opportunity of training as a student midwife underneath the management of Jacquie. The way in which Jacquie attends to her patients is excellent. She is always patient and listens to patients for as long as they want. She is very professional and is always providing great individualised care. As a student I have learnt and I am still learning so many great qualities for jacquie. Her passion for midwifery is amazing and very encouraging. Her quality of care makes her patients feel safe and encourages her colleagues to do the same. She strives for the best in all she does and empowers her patients and colleagues. She is inspirational and an exceptional midwife. I am confident that everyone will get great care from jacquie and I'll recommend her to all. As my mentor she pushes me to be a better student midwife daily. As a manager she has leads her team greatly. As a midwife she empowers women and provides guidance for them and their families through such a poignant moment in their lives. Jacquie is a great asset to midwifery, she's a brilliant midwife.

Excellent mentor for students. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Jacquie has been very encouraging and supportive of both the students and her colleagues. She goes above and beyond to help everyone out. She also ensures they are comfortable and are able to carry out their everyday tasks. Jacquie is like a mother to the students as she ensures we complete our MPAD and also confirms what we hope to achieve (skill wise) during our placement. Great asset to BHR !!
