Fiona's brilliant professionalism care , understanding and knowledge has enabled me to continue my life . Initially from my frightened state in 2018 following my radical cystectomy. Her advice and care is beyond reproach and invaluable. Enabling me to continue with my activities and lifestyle . My current needs were carried out with the greatest of care and dignity. testing out different products and settling on my current appliances different sized pouches and seals and currently the need for support . Of course initiating the supply of this items. It is a great comfort to know she is around and I can only sing from the roof tops how pleasant and caring Fiona is.

Fiona is my stoma nurse, she has guided me through getting used to my stoma and through her experience and knowledge has made what could be a very difficult time much more manageable. She is caring and patient and has helped me to understand how to work with my stoma to make life as normal as possible in the circumstances. Fiona has always been available to answer any questions I have had with empathy and compassion.
