All staff from the bottom to the top have been so kind and caring. Nothing has been too much trouble. Found difficult patients at night a problem in first ward dementia and this ward very upsetting.

All staff friendly and kept me informed. The enema I received said to use 2 lows before procedure but the leaflet said 2 lows before appointment which was confusing as it was made clear that procedure time was not same as appointment time.
