Treated with the most respect and - care. Cannot fault my treatment whatsoever. have had transport taken care of also rapid response is on my case.

A comfortable bed and a lounge or TV room with things to occupy the mind! would improve things. More regular and longer updates, and explanation from consultant would be helpful for the patient and family.

A and E was a long wait. However, Care on this wars was very good. I was given updates and information regularly. Staff were caring.

Everything was as I expected. Clearly dignified, friendly staff, informative. Need 4 tapes on the back of the gowns though - chilly bum, not nice!
The hospital has improved such a lot over recent years, I congratulate you all for your efforts. I still have major concerns with the car park though. Best wishes.

Quite a wait for appointment. Even after arriving 15 mins before as requested. Not good for the car parking charges! Which are criminal.
