Very caring, reassuring. Unfortunately, I was gagging so much they could not get scope down my throat. Hopefully, I will be called back and they will get it down by some other means. I cannot fault them - so kind.

Response was very quick.
Staff were expecting me and preparation process was very efficient.
Staff were both caring and professional throughout.
The mov (prep laxative was very unpleasant to drink in the quantities required)

Efficient and thorough.
Realistic advice on waiting time, twice "the doctor will see you next" turned out to be 1 1/2 hours. (don't mind waiting, with warning!)

It was my sons birthday they made a fantastic effort to make it special. The nurses were so patient with him as he can be very stubborn. He made a great friend and probably annoyed the staff.
