Good: I had a room to myself. Very attentive, good with regular sats/checks. Good visiting times. Food - I actually enjoyed it. Assistant nursing staff - caring.
Changes: Night staff led with communication and interaction. Having my medication on time and not leaving the IV drip in all night as I needed to have 3 additional convals - Sore!

Staff were all friendly and helpful. The door from lobby to ward bangs. It is easily rectified!

My care was excellent. Constant interaction and communication with all the staff. My stay in hospital was very pleasurable.

The staff were all friendly and polite. There was a lack of communication. I was woken up at 4.20 an in CDU and told that I might have had a heart attack which turned out to be false. Waiting for meds on discharge was the worse thing.
