Granted it was early (8:15 am) and A&E was estremely quiet. I am sure that the attitude of the staff is consistant - extremely polite and efficient.
I felt like a person and not just a number on a piece of paper.
Overall a very well handled experience.
I don't think that reference to 'ethnic group' is relevant on this questionaire and there should be an option for non-disclosure if so desired. I feel that everyone should be treated as equal according to their needs.

Staff all super and very caring. Felt very confident in their professionalism. Too noisy to sleep at night which did't help my recovery. Side room was heaven by comparison . Thankyou Abraham!

Nurses were great but the ward was very hot and it was quite cold outside.
