The team were so friendly and reassuring, as well as efficient and thorough, that what might have been a nerve -wrecking experience was peaceful and pleasant.

-Informed at each stage.
-Time to ask questions, time given in explaining by staff.
-Kind staff, smiling staff who engaged fully and sympathetically.
-I felt 'important', in that staff were dealing with my concerns and worries, really focussing on me.
