All staff were very pleasant, accommodating, efficient and professional despite the lack of beds, and the impact that this must have had on the service being provided, I was totally unaware of this and the atmosphere was very calm and there was clear communication between the whole team about my care needs, which made for a very pleasant experience.
Cannot fault nothing was treated very well by all staff.
Everything was bloody good.
Perfect.
Fantastic care
I have been very well cared for
I was admitted to hospital and spent the first two nights on the Kingston Wing, this is because they had no other beds in the hospital. The staff on the Kingston wing were exceptional, it was clean and they were very thorough. I was then moved to the Jasmine Ward where I found a significant difference. The staff on the Jasmine ward are excellent but they are too short staffed and spread far too thin. I feel a lot of the patients here should be in a home rather than in a hospital. The staff are subjected to abuse physically and verbally and I think this is disgusting. I think they are remarkable at their jobs but they need more support. It's physically impossible for them to meet the needs of patients as and when patients need them but they do there best. I feel the structure of this ward needs to be looked at. I realise the Kingston wing is private but I feel the level of care at the Kingston wing should be delivered throughout the hospital.
