Care and consideration given the moment we walked into the ward. Regular checks made on me throughout the 8 hours we were in the ward; re pain, warmth, comfort and also the need for food or drink.

Being constantly asked if I was ok is good.
Being talked through everything first - good, having someone there talking to take mind of OP.
Nice to be offered a drink after.
