Everything was good. Friendly, helpful staff, good explanations, gentle treatment (e.g needles into arms). Only slight improvement could be if the patient can be informed how long they have to wait for the next bit and how long the scan will take (I was told on arrival at the machine, but not before), but otherwise five stars!
