Care I received was excellent, staff were 1st class, could not wish for better care.

My letter saying to come at 4 pm on 10th Nov caused problems.
I had been expected at 11 am in the morning of 10th Nov. However, Mt Parker made time to do the cytoscopy and the procedure was gentle and explained fully.

Friendly staff.
Particularly in procedure.
I got very anxious and upset and they kept me calm and helped me through it.

Good care.
Prompt treatment.
Worry about the car park- I did not know how long I would be in.
The hospital so had to put extra time on the car in case I was longer than expected.
Could patients not pay on a timed ticket?
Otherwise this is very expensive.

Lovely, polite members of staff.
Had to wait for 2 1/2 hours before I was seen by anybody at all but the dept was very busy with energies I was told. Fantastic Dr- didn't catch her name.
