The overnight staff seems to be more efficient and more caring, the day staff seem to be understaffed and do not have enough time. I'm sure everybody is doing their best under tight conditions.

Good nurses sometimes and language problem also sometimes short on staff. Seems cuts have affected this. More care needed for cleaning. Have complained about drainage in shower not getting away.

Prefer all women or all men wards. Quite a noisy ward at night- patients shouting out/ swearing etc. Not the staff's fault as they have not enough wards for people with mental illness.
