The ward was good but my daughter came in to have teeth out. They had none of her records! They cancelled the op due to not having her records! I have taken time off work and patient has missed school. Bad communication to surgeon. He needs the records! Not happy at all.

Kindness and looking after me was wonderful.
Nurses so pleasant, good very good.

Pick game on the ward with a smile and introduced himself first thing in the morning. He checked, how I wished to be addressed. He was humorous and appropriate/professional.

I came in because I had a heart attack. I was frightened and feeling very ill.
All the staff on ward 3 A and on the emergency assessment unit were friendly, kind and helpful.
they were so supportive and I would like to thank them all.

All staff cheerful, caring and professional ( include cleaners, drinks trolley etc)
Always treated with dignity and respect.
Keen to support patient and family.
Some other patients had very loud voices and their visitors too - but that's not your fault!
