My daughter has autism and gets extremely anxious. All staff were brilliant with her and all acted kindly and appropriately. Patti in particular spent a lot of time with her and put her completely at ease. My daughter even said 'she's nice, I like her'. High praise from someone that is wary of strangers. Thank you.

Excellent engagement with the staff. Fully informed prior to the procedure of what was going to happen. Made to feel involved during the procedure and reassured throughout. I can't think of anything that could be improved. Just maintain present excellent standards.
