Kind, courteous and supportive staff members throughout procedure. The form that I had to fill in prior to treatment was badly designed and incredibly ambiguous, however!!

Everyone of the staff were extremely kind, considerate and very professional. Thank you so much for making a worrying and stressful situation, such a nice experience. Nurses and hospital staff are so undervalued.
