There is nothing I can comment on to improve the already excellent service which I received from sister Clare Cockill.
Treated very well as always.
Being treated as an individual not feeling like I was a job to do. I was a bit self conscious having the door open - though the staff kindly shut this. Maybe use a small screen particularly when sitting opposite the door (one that doesn't get in the way of nurses coming in and out of the bay).
All staff and volunteers very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
A very good diagnosis by Dr Bridgen and a clear explanation of my treatment.
Prompt and efficient.
Everyone I encountered was courteous and more importantly cheerful! All of my questions (whether 'trivial' eg directions- or complex about my condition) were treated with respect and consideration.
On time pleasant staff.
Flexibility to do an X-ray without notice and for pacemaker staff to deal with unplanned needs at some time as original appointment.
