Happy, relaxed atmosphere. Staff 1st class including kitchen, cleaners as well as doctors and nurses.

Most staff friendly and helpful.
Some points of concern are;
1. Foreign staff speaking amongst themselves in their own language may make some older patients feel more vulnerable.
2. Minor concern. Continuity/handover staff not always up to date. OK for patients who are independent but less so for others.

I enjoyed resting the time I was here on 6B. Staff were kind and very helpful. Little Alice kept me happy with her singing and smiles. :-)

The personal care was professional and friendly. Where the NHS scientist could improve regular bowel movements is overdue.
