The care was very well organised and staff considerate but I found it very had being with elderly people when I am usually a very active person. I think it was made doubly hard because it was just like my mother's treatment when she was in her ninetys. That apart I thought everything was amazing. I just wish people were not called my love and darling etc it is undignified.
