I had an endoscopy 24.11.2015. And just wanted to show my appreciation to one of your nurses. I saw a few nurses, however the only one who told me her name, asked what I would like to be called and asked how I was, was Ruby. An absolute credit to your team, she made me feel extremely relaxed in such an anxious outpatient procedure.
