99% of all the nurses and healthcare assistants were fantastic. Shannon in particularly went the extra mile and deserves special mention. The only comment I would make is that I would have appreciated more information with regards how the ongoing health problem in this case a stroke on a dementia patient, was likely to progress. As a non-medical person, I would have liked to know a little more what to expect. Obviously every patient is different but a general idea would have been good. They were all excellent at explaining what was happening and ongoing.
