we were so grateful with the care we recieved. staff were so kind and professional. they did their upmost to give ourselves power with deciding medication and methods. unfortunately we experienced one negative with the first widwife we met in the birth pool room as she was reluctant to give us a room and adement we could not have pain relief untill 4cm dialated. encouaged us to go home. but wevwere told we could stay. it transpired i dilated fine. the second midwife and there after were so reassuring and compassionate. honesty is ok but needs to be soft. abruptness can cause panic. but all in all so grateful and thankful for the care received.
