The general care I had from all the staff except one was excellent. They were caring and compassionate. The only fault was on ward six when a tall slim person, blonde wearing blue uniform, I think her name was Mel, came to see me when I asked to stay an extra day as I had my op, Pelvic floor repair Wednesday morning, and was told I could go home on Thursday as I live on my own and my son was coming down from Essex on Friday. She said I hear you are reluctant to go home despite being told you are fit to go home. I explained again to her that I felt shaky and living on my own and was then told well you can't stay here you will have to go to Jasmine ward. She made me feel I was being difficult and awkward which I wasn't. It really upset me. Other than that one person everyone else was excellent.
