My only concern was that I was sent an appointment by post with less than 2 weeks warning and I was away on holiday and only returned the day before the appointment. If there is any way of sending appointments by email or text to mobile phones it might be better and less likely to have people not turn up. Altogether a great service. Thank you to Chris.
