1. It was efficient. 2. Staff were caring. 3. I was reassured every step of the way. 4. Nothing can be perfect but I can't think of anything to suggest any way of improvement. 5. Atmosphere and ambiance were good. Altogether a much better experience than my two episodes in the Kingston ward for which I paid heavily.
