Everything, from my arrival until we left. From the consultant (very tall gent) to Steve and Laura they were very professional ensuring we were dealt with efficiently with no drama and a sense of humour and politeness. All the way through the experience they informed me what had happened, what was next and the result. You couldn't ask for more. Hope they are on duty should I need to come again. After treatment we were moved down to CDU to free up space for other patients which is very understandable and the girls were great there as well. The only downside and we understand why was the wait for transport home. I'm on oxygen 24/7 so need an ambulance who has been waiting 3 hrs so far and it will be probable a bit more, but they know. Those with problem must come first to get them in everything. So thank you very much.
