Whilst my daughter Freya was on the ward we were treated with the utmost kindness at all times. Unfortunately during the course of her stay a visitor for one of the other patients was verbally abusive and physically intimidating towards the lead night nurse Sarah who had been nothing other than professional and polite in her dealings with him. It was very embarrassing to witness and I just wanted to record the incident as It was upsetting to see a caring member of staff treated in such a manner.
