We have always since the seventies been proud of our hospital and supported the hospital trust. But this time I noticed a difference not in A and E or any dept but on the wards. It is on the attitude of some not all, who wear white coats. This answering back like a school girl bullying. A lack of respect I have not known before. This is a minority, so many are helpful. It's become more about them. Also certain decisions were made and mentioned to me as a last result not discussed with me as before. Having said this, I ended up quite respected by orthopedic surgeons, duty doctors etc but was all a bit of a strain in my condition. Duty doctor Barry found me quite intelligent! I met some lovely people, all helpful in their different fields, but those few "Health care workers" need a bit of discipline.
