The improvement could and should be made better on behalf of the foreign staff. They project themselves as giving orders rather than asking somebody to do something like "Take pills now" instead of "can you please take these for me please". They do not need to be so harsh, maybe they don't mean to be, but that is how they come across. The food has improved by far and the choice is a lot better.
