Everyone was extremely kind and tried to be helpful as possible. My only issue was time waiting, I was originally referred from my EP who asked for an ambulance, the hospital called to say none was available so my husband drove me. On arriving I was told to say the medics should know I was arriving but I waited 4 hours before I was seen.
