It was lovely to meet other people, and chat and have a good laugh-as well as benefiting from foot massage and nail treatment.
Also, the chance to talk to a counselor.

I am treated as an individual by staff who are interested in me as a person. The day was a complete break from my everyday routine with very friendly people. Advice was always available when required.
