Today has been brilliant for me very anxious before I came, but I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.
Meeting new people.
Caring staff.
Talks and Information (I've learned a lot and lunch too really nice. I have especially enjoyed the crafts and sitting quiet time.

It was very good, staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable. The reflexology treatment was lovely. It was good to talk to other people going through the same treatments and side effects.

The lady who does physio is very good and wonderfully patient. She is very thorough in what she does and she makes the right decisions to the patients needs. She is very reassuring and what she does is very professionally done and with care. She has the ability to make you calm. I cannot say much more about their work.
