Kind and caring staff. Plenty of activities made available but no pressure to join in.
All needs met - food, drink correct temperature.
Made to feel individual that the day is each individual to spend as they want.

It always feels like coming home.
The atmosphere is so relaxing, welcoming and warm.
I love having a treatment it is the only time my body feels at ease.
The group is vital for my emotional health.

The patients is unable to take more than one or two really small steps.
He becomes very unsteady and his legs start to collapse.
When being moved he needs to be placed right in front of a chair or bed to allow him to be quickly transferred and avoid falls.
