The kindness patience and understanding.
The encouragement and positive spirit and atmosphere.
The holistic approach and freedom to express good/bad thoughts and feelings.
The respect for the individual and acknowledgement of their needs would like the therapy session to be one and a half hrs, if possible.

My wife was able to carry on doing some of my more personal care which I needed as she had been doing for 3 years.
The care is excellent, I don't think anything can improved upon.
