Care was very good.
I would like help with my walking, as my feet are not good and I only have on stick.
Would like on found wheel walker.

The good thing about day care, is the caring support.
Also I feel safe and in the hands of professional people.
Meeting other people in the same boat as myself.
The staff are all wonderful also volunteers. I don't think anything need improving.

Written five minutes of being in the unit. I felt safe and cared for.
I have never been in environments with such unconditional love and care as this place. The staff and all volunteers have excellent listening skills. I cannot at this time think of anything that could or need to be improved.

Nothing needs to be improved.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly.
It's like home from home. Well cared for ans looked after, meals are lovely.
All the care that needed doing was done either straight away or within minutes, very gentle and caring and was always explained to me in full before anything was carried out, excellent.

When l left the hospice last time.
I felt support was lacking. Also l feel that my pain hasn't been controlled. In general would like to be kept more informed about my treatment. The hospice IPU has been so kind and caring.
