The music & freedom to express myself physically & emotional. To feel connection & understanding with the group. The empathy, & 'fun-side' is reassuring & uplifting. I feel less lonely and insecure which gives me courage and helps me to cope with the negative aspects of cancer. The staff are such good facilitators that the whole experience comes 'together'.

I think it has been very good so far. I have been pleased with the quick response to my ringing the bell, the comforting attention & patience shown by staff, particularly when in pain or stressed.
