My whole experience was almost perfect. I felt all staff really cared about me as an individual. The food and production were exceptional, I just wished I had more of an appetite! Where as almost (99%) of staff not only cared but went the extra mile, the odd person was uncommunicative and one felt uncomfortable asking for any extra help.

Everything has been good. - Very happy, thank you. Minor confusion over not coming in before 11:00. We would have come earlier to assist but thought visits before 11:00 are not helpful- very minor and was resolved.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Lovely treatment. Felt able to approach anyone from volunteers to organiser. Time for myself.

The place is tranquil and a relaxed environment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It's highly recommended to friends and family that needs the same care and treatment. I'm impressed with the staff. Scale of 1-10. I say it's a 10.

Within 24 hours I felt I was a person not a patient. Gone were the hospital script and service. Introduced was real people doing a difficult job and showed genuine empathy and care. Kept doing what your doing. 12/10.
