My experience today as with other days has been fantastic. I have really benefited from today's experience. I am so glad that I came today. I have met some lovely people and feel less alone than I did a week ago.

This I find is a brilliant stepping stone between hospital and caring home. I have received lots of info about things to help me when I get home and has made me feel I should be able to cope when I head homewards.
