A great opportunity to switch off from the everyday stresses. Great to meet with others. Really fun and interesting session on make up today. Relaxing reflexology that has helped me to switch off.

I found the staff very warm and friendly and can I say motherly which made me feel safe and cared for from the moment I came in.
