Felt important- That my needs were no bother to anyone and I was put first for quality of care and time given. Outpatient days are precious with a distraction of not having to be strong that weakness were natural and time spent there was importantly relaxing. Thank you.

In my opinion wife Christine's care, was excellent. Her only complaint was length of the waiting. But then that was due to her discomfort, owing to the fact she was often in pain, due to her illness.

The care was wonderful! Group therapy pis amazing and the one to one where you can pour your heart out, if you wish!! The nurses and volunteers are exceptional, don't change a thing, you all deserve medals.

Relaxed, plenty to drink! Norma is helpful for my condition, good food, good rooms, chairs etc. Good to be collected etc., nice staff and helpers. Difficult to hear the others, OK with staff talking directly to me (That's my problem really).
