My care was very personal, I was made to feel important. I cannot think of area. There is no adequate praise for all members of staff.

Everyone was very kind and caring. The treatment I received were given with my best interests in mind. The whole experience has been lovely and I have met some great people.

We cannot think of anything that could be improved. Staff are super and so friendly and supportive. The rooms are lovely and when my mum had trouble sleeping on the bed, it was changed immediately. Excellent!
