Politeness, caring support throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble to meet any of my requirements.
Less idle chatter in corridors early hours of mornings would be useful.
Although I normally wake by about 7:30, I did find I was woken about 6- 7 am.
Otherwise all staff are excellent and helpful.

Everything was excellent about the care I had today!
In my opinion nothing could have been improved.
A lovely warm and friendly environment was created by all the team.
A great safe space to laugh and chat reflexology was so relaxing and professional and caring.
Lovely food much appreciated. You can feel the care and support all around.

Everybody was very caring. It's nice to meet other people. Food was excellent. Staff were very supportive.
