Chantal was such a special person. I was so grateful they sent her to me, all apprehensions about meeting someone from hospice care dissolved within seconds. She talked through everything with me and put my mind at ease. To be told such a negative diagnosis is so frightening for a person you mind is in constant turmoil. She couldn't have improved on a single thing, she is a lovely kind soul and that's basically all that matters!
